The Lotus Lakeside project is divided into 2 with both divisions sharing the same amenities. The above houses are the first division of the project with the second division, Lotus Grand, being added soon which will feature more expensive houses on larger lots. Although the 2 divisions share the same amenities, the lake is in fact in the Lotus Lakeside division.

The whole residential area along Molino Blvd. feature up-market properties but Lotus Lakeside has the most reasonably priced houses even though it is the only development in the area which features its own natural lake, plus has the other amenities that the other projects have.
